    How can I cancel my registration?
To cancel your account just send an email to support@Bellebuono.com specifying your request: the account will be removed within 2 working days.
If, on the other hand, you only wish to cancel your newsletter subscription in order not to receive our communications, please click on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the emails received.

   How can I buy Bellebuono products?
Visit the website www.Bellebuono.com and discover the best products selected by our experts.
 Whenever you decide to buy a product, just click on "Add to Cart". After adding all the desired products, from your cart you can proceed by clicking on the "Go to Checkout" button, here you will need to enter or select a shipping address, after which, once the shipping costs have been defined, you can proceed with ordering.
 
    In which countries can I buy Bellebuono products?
Bellebuono allows you to buy and receive products throughout the Italian territory and in the countries belonging to the European Union.
Some products may not be mailed to your country, in this case, if you put them in your shopping cart, you will receive an "alert" that will invite you to delete the products in question from the cart before completing the procedure d ' purchase.
   
Can I buy directly from the manufacturer without intermediation?
Each product is always and only purchased directly from the manufacturer and shipped from the place where it was made.
 
What does it mean that my order has been registered?
Bellebuono processed your order and forwarded it to the manufacturer.

The order will be active and valid only if the manufacturer will confirm it within 24 hours from the time it was made (excluding the weekend). If the order is not confirmed in time, it will be canceled.
 In any case, Bellebuono will send you an email to inform you about the status of the request.
 
    Which means that my order must be confirmed by the seller?
The Seller has the duty to verify that the order received can be processed and, if this is not possible for any reason, has the obligation to promptly inform the buyer.

What does it mean that the order has been declined?
After placing an order, from Monday to Friday the producer will have 24 hours to accept it and proceed with the shipment.
During the weekend the acceptance time will be suspended until the following Monday; this means that if an order is placed on a Friday, the producer will have time until the following Monday to accept it.
After this period of time the order will automatically expire and it will no longer be possible to proceed with the shipment of the reserved products.
My order can not be processed. And now?
If the Manufacturer does not accept an order within the established maximum time (24 hours, Saturday and Sunday excluded) or declines it for other reasons, the same will be automatically canceled and can not be restored.
The amount authorized by you for payment at the time of purchase will not be cashed and will be released again in your availability.
 Bellebuono, not directly managing the sales channel, can not replace the Producer and has no possibility of intervention on orders received.
 
My order has been partially confirmed, which means?
When you submit an order in which, at the same time, there are products sold by several sellers it is possible that some of them do not confirm the order for the products sold by them, in which case you will receive a communication via email in which you will be asked to validate the 'order only for the products available, clicking on the appropriate link in the email or accessing directly from your personal Dashboard, you can return to the shopping cart, delete the missing products, display the new amount net of missing products and finally validate the order. If you want to fully decline the order you can do so by clicking on the "basket" in the cart.
We remind you that as long as all Sellers involved in the purchase order have not confirmed the availability of products, you will not be charged anything, the amount authorized by you during the purchase will be "blocked" eventually canceled for missing products and charged only when you will definitively validate the order.

    Terms of payment
Payment can only be made via PayPal.
Remember that PayPal can also be used without having to create a new account, but simply by entering your card details and finalizing the individual purchase.
There are currently no other payment methods.
 
   When is the order amount charged?
The amount to be paid will be debited at the end of the purchase procedure, at which time the Manufacturer will receive the order, confirm the availability of the products ordered and can proceed with the shipment.
During the purchase phase, you will simply authorize the payment of the amount of the order that will be debited for the sole purpose of confirming the availability of the products.

Shipment
 
    Is it possible to send fresh products?
Of course: an adequate packaging, made with isothermal containers and refrigerating materials, allows a temperature controlled shipment of up to 72 hours.
    Can I change the shipping address?
The destination address can only be changed before the order is "Booked" and "Processing", by accessing the "Delivery addresses" section from your dashboard. If the manufacturer has already provided for acceptance, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address of the goods on its own.
We invite users to pay attention when entering the shipping address during the purchase phase and verifying its correctness in the automatic order summary emails that Bellebuono sends at the end of each transaction.
 
    Shipping tracking
You can check the status of the shipment at any time by accessing your "My purchases" from your personal dashboard and looking for your order within the respective sections.
 
   Shipping time
The shipments will be concentrated in some days of the week that could vary in consideration of the organizational needs of the single producers or of the delivery couriers.
    Delivery times
The delivery will be made at the address indicated by the buyer during the order reservation, within 48 hours of taking charge of the order by the courier in charge and, in any case, within the maximum period of 7 days from the final acceptance of the order from the Sellers.
Subject to delays due to force majeure or exceptional events or destinations in "inaccessible" places.

HOW SHIPMENT WORKS
Bellebuono does not directly manage shipments, but offers manufacturers an integrated technological infrastructure with several national and international couriers for the simple management of their orders, as well as to constantly monitor all shipments.
After the order is placed, the producer will have 24 hours to accept it or he will automatically be declined.
From the moment the package (s) are taken over by the courier, the delivery will take 24/48 hours depending on the place of departure and destination.
Shipments from islands or areas not served daily by couriers could be subject to slight delays.
 
Can I give someone the products I buy on Bellebuono?
Of course! Your gift will surely be appreciated!

Invoices and accounting records
 
    Can I request an invoice for my purchases?
Each order must be accompanied by a specific invoice.
You can also receive multiple invoices related to your order, as each Seller will issue an own invoice for the products sold by it.
    Who issues the bill?
The purchase of each product takes place directly between Consumer and Producer without any intermediation and, consequently, each invoice will be issued directly by the manufacturer.
    When will I receive the invoice?
The manufacturer will send it to the customer by entering it directly in the package sent.
    Invoice data is wrong
Contact Bellebuono through the "Contact" section, specifying the reason for contact: Bellebuono will contact you by email asking you more detailed information about your request, then turn it all to the seller and solicit the correction of the document in question.
Given the high number of users, Bellebuono can not guarantee the successful completion of the change that, once again, is the responsibility of the Seller.

Returns and refunds
 
    Refund request
Bellebuono cares a lot for the satisfaction of users who make purchases on the portal and provides the manufacturers present on the portal with the necessary guidelines to properly ship all the products purchased.

In the rare cases in which at the time of delivery the products are not suitable or complete, we remind you that it is the customer's right to request a partial or full refund no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
To make a refund request you need to follow the following procedure:
After logging in, access the "My purchases" section from your personal dashboard, search for the order in question and, if 14 days have not passed since the delivery, proceed with the request for return using the "Contact "Of the portal, carefully filling out all the fields and entering a description of the reasons for the request, as well as the number of the order for which the request is made.
The request will be taken in charge by our customer service, you will receive an email in which you will be asked, among other things, to attach a photo that certifies the integrity of the packaging of the product in question.
Finally, remember that the refund, which will be made directly by the Seller, will not be guaranteed if one or more of the following conditions occur:
- incorrect, incomplete or ineligible delivery address;
- lack of a reference to the consignee visible to the courier at the delivery address (house number, bell name, etc.);
- no delivery for absent recipient;
- failure to send photos certifying the status of the product, if they complain about the bad conditions of the same;
- address changes requested after the departure of the goods or not communicated directly to Bellebuono;
- requests not compatible with the standard services provided by the express couriers (delivery on scheduled time, postponement of delivery, etc.).

We also inform you that for any refund request, the logistics updates provided by our affiliated couriers will be considered.
If the reimbursement - partial or total - is granted, Bellebuono or the manufacturer in question reserve the right to withdraw the disputed goods at the same delivery address by express courier.

When will I receive the outcome of my refund request?
From the moment the request is submitted, Bellebuono will take care of it and open a dedicated session, taking care to bring it to the Seller's knowledge.
You will receive a reply as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days.
 
    My refund request has been accepted. When will I see my amount re-credited?
At the time when your request is accepted by the Seller, the crediting times may vary according to the card issuing circuit used and do not depend on Bellebuono.
